Con Boutsianis played football at the highest level with 285 NSL appearances and 109 goals including Socceroo honours.

For the past ten years he has been studying and devising specialised coaching systems, testing them on the many players that he has been developing and documenting this work through video on youtube and facebook for everyone to learn from.

This year, 2011, has been appointed the Technical Coach of the Gold Coast United, A League club.

Not only does Con bring 20 years of playing experience to his coaching he also understands the importance of professional accreditation and thus holds the UEFA B License.
