I am standing right behind the ball getting ready to pass.
I step into the ball with my right foot and open the inside of my left foot. (For balance and co-ordination leave the left arm by your side and swing with your right arm.)
This is a close up of how your feet should be positioned.
I hit through the middle of the ball and make sure I follow through.
Alternatively if you are passing with the right foot you would:
A. (Step into the ball with the left foot and open the inside of the right foot)
