Kye Stopka – plays 2 years above his age group!

Kye has been working under Con's guidance since January 2010. We were very fortunate to find Con while Kye was still so young. I had become frustrated with the lack of expert coaching for young players through the normal channels, as we were willing to commit the time and effort required to help him progress.

Now 18 months and 750 hours of work since starting with Con, Kye has gone from being a player who loved the game but had many technical deficiencies to now being able to shoot and complete drills equally well with both feet and a touch that is to an elite level.

He plays 2 years above his age for his club and recently trialed successfully to be chosen in the Queensland 'Skills Acquisition Program' squad 1 year above his age group.

Carli Lloyd hails Aussie Boutsy

She's the US heroine for scoring the winner in the Olympic final, and she did it with a little help from Australia's Con Boutsianis.
Boutsianis, 36, spent a week with Carli Lloyd in July in New York as she prepared for the Olympics in China at the Universal Soccer Academy.
The former NSL great and Socceroo worked on the US attacking midfielder's striking technique at the request of her coach James Galanis.
And bringing "Boutsy" to New York was worth the investment she says.
"After training with Con I became more confident in striking free kicks and I feel that I am more effective when in and around the box," she tells au.fourfourtwo.com.
"The way he communicated the mechanics of striking the ball was definitely world class".
